Cancelation Policy
We completely understand that unexpected circumstances can arise. Therefore, we want to make the cancellation process as flexible as possible for you. If you need to cancel your tour, you have three options:
- Up to 20 days before your scheduled tour date, you can apply your full deposit towards another tour. This way you can secure a date that suits your new situation! We want to ensure you have the opportunity to experience our tours at a time that works best for you.
- Up to 20 days before your scheduled tour date, we can initiate a partial refund.
- If you cancel your trip less than 20 days before the scheduled date, the full deposit will become non-refundable. Additionally, we will be unable to apply it to an alternative date. We greatly appreciate your understanding as we are a small business.
